Our History

agent24 (formerly THOR24 after-hours service) was purchased from Cendant in 2006 by privately owned American Marketing Group Inc., a powerful international marketing organization that has been in business for nearly 40 years.

agent24 operates three contact centers located in New York, Colorado and Ireland. Additionally, we have a staff of home-based agents based in the U.S. and Canada.  agent24 has built a solid reputation for delivering customer service excellence to our agency and corporate travel department partners.
