As President and CEO for agent24, Mazza is responsible for overseeing company operations and managing the strategic direction of the organization in all markets. Over the past sixteen years, Mazza has been involved in all aspects of the travel business, including: preferred supplier negotiations, reservations and ticketing, internal and external sales, member relations, and after-hours services. He was a key player in the development of TRAVELSAVERS’ Pan European Operations Center, which is based in Shannon, Ireland, and services TRAVELSAVERS agencies and their clientele around the world. Mazza was also instrumental in establishing TRAVELSAVERS' Corporate Services Division, which provides agencies with powerful technology and marketing tools as well as consulting services so they can better solicit and service leading multi-national corporate clients. And under his direction, Travel Helpline (one of the industry's leading 24-hour global travel emergency assistance services) has grown ten-fold since its inception. Mazza has also been honored among Travel Agent’s “100 Rising Stars,” a designation that recognizes individuals who exemplify the industry’s best and brightest young talent.
As Vice President of Call Center Operations, Herd is responsible for managing agent24 operations. She is a results oriented professional who oversees the day-to-day operations, which include training, reservations, sales, customer service delivery, and customer implementation. Over the past nine years, Herd has contributed to call center operations. She implemented THOR’s successful remote agent program, which led to cost reductions, improved employee morale, and low turnover. Herd focuses on being the best in customer service; with a proven a track record of 99.7% accuracy for reservations worked four years running. Herd’s background includes 25 years of travel related experience ranging from leisure, wholesale, government, and corporate in both agency and call center environments. Herd works within a goal structure looking for ways to improve processes, increase customer satisfaction, and improve productivity.
As Account Manager, Kidder is responsible for agent24’s Top Accounts. Her top priorities are to make sure we meet the expectations of our accounts and that agent24 continues to be the premier after-hours service in the industry. Kidder’s motto is “We are here to take great care of your clients when you are gone for the day.” Kidder has over 20 years of experience in the Travel and Hospitality Industry, with expertise in relationship management, account management, event planning, sales and marketing. Kidder has managed 20+ travel supplier accounts for a multi-million dollar travel company, driving the revenues up to $30M/year.
